How the Purelight Team Supports Residents
Purelight staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This consistent presence provides residents with access to support and guidance while helping maintain the structure and expectations of the recovery home.
Accountability is an important part of the Purelight environment. Residents are encouraged to follow residence expectations, remain engaged in their recovery, and take responsibility for their choices.
Recovery involves more than completing treatment. Residents may need to develop skills related to managing schedules, attending appointments, navigating transportation, pursuing employment, maintaining a household, and participating in recovery activities.
The Purelight team provides practical support while encouraging residents to gradually take greater responsibility for these tasks. The goal is to help residents build confidence and prepare for independent living.
Recovery is not always linear. Residents may experience challenges as they adjust to new routines and responsibilities. The Purelight team approaches these situations with accountability and compassion, helping residents identify challenges and work toward appropriate solutions while maintaining a safe recovery environment.
Working With Outside Treatment Providers
When appropriate and authorized, the Purelight team can coordinate with outside providers to support continuity of care. This allows Purelight to focus on the residential and practical aspects of recovery while clinical professionals provide treatment.
